From the two-dimensional sketch to the first three-dimensonal model. Every piece of silver jewelry requires a wax model that has the exact form and shape of the desired design. In a close teamwork with the designers our wax carvers are creating masterpieces out of wax, just by hand. This amazing skillfull work is essential to develop every product, because the wax is needed to make the mold from which the prototype of the jewelry-piece is made. Later in the finished jewelry our high quality standards and the skillfull craftsmanship of the wax carvers are beautifully reflected.

When the wax finally meets our high quality and desing requirements its will be used to make a mold from it. With the first mold the silver master is been made. From that master another mold is being created wo create later the waxes for the final silver jewellery. With our modern  and high technology molding lab it is possible to produce within short time a vary amount of molds. Our vacuum technique used makes it possible to reach the best quality result. The wax model is cutted out and the model is used for the silver or gold casting.

Every stone that we use has to go through experienced quality management first. Our standard is higher than other companies and we are not accepting every stone. Cut, clarity, color and carat are the most important facts to choose our gemstones.
